What is your privacy policy?
We will never disclose to other sources any personal information you provide to us. Personal information collected from you, including payment information, will be used solely for the business of this site. Your personal and payment information are protected using the latest encryption and security technologies. scrapologie may send you occasional e-mails concerning news of new products in the store, contest announcements and other information pertaining to news or happenings at scrapologie. You may opt out of these mailings by contacting us at info@scrapologie.com with a request to be excluded from e-mails.

When do you ship kits?
Shipping begins after we run autopay charges for kits each month. This is generally between the 2nd and 4th day of each month. It takes us up to two weeks to complete all shipping, so please wait until the 15th of the month to email us, if you have not received your kit. The first kit will ship immediately if it is in stock, otherwise, the first kit will be shipped the following month.

Subscription Payments
The first kit payment will occur with your subscription purchase in the store. Following your initial purchase, we will send you an e-mail containing a link to sign up for autopay. Once you have completed autopay signup, your card will be charged between the 2nd and 4th of each month, for the duration of your subscription.

What are the charges for shipping on kits?
For domestic shipments (United States), shipping is $7.00 flat rate. Shipping to Canada is $9.00 flat rate. International customers will be charged actual shipping, and we will invoice you for the difference between the $9.00 rate charged in the store and the actual cost. Please contact us at info@scrapologie.com for approximate shipping cost for international destinations.

Can I combine shipping if I make an additional store purchase?
Certainly. To combine shipping, please choose the Combined Shipping option when checking out.

How do I reserve an add-on kit?
Only current scrapologie subscribers may participate in the add-on reserve process, which takes place once a month. You must be present on the message boards at the time of the reserve process. Please also sign up for our newsletters by signing up from the home page on the site as the newsletter will alert you when the reserve process takes place that month. Reserves are limited to the first 12 subscribers on each add-on kit. We reserve the right to refuse a reservation if the participant is not a subscriber or for non-payment of previous reservations. Add-ons will be shipped together with kits whenever possible.

What if my kit arrives damaged?
We will do our best to ensure that your kit is shipped with careful detail to packaging, to minimize the chance of damage. If, however, your kit arrives damaged in spite of these efforts, please contact us at info@scrapologie.com within five days of receiving the kit to report the damage and make arrangements for an exchange. Return shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns must be previously authorized. If the kit is no longer available, we will issue credit for a future kit.

What if my kit has not arrived?
We ship via United States Priority Mail with tracking on domestic packages – so most domestic packages can be tracked. We ship first class international for all international destinations. International customers may request insurance, alternate shipping methods, or registered mail options by contacting us at info@scrapologie.com. We cannot be held responsible for loss of a shipment in the course of handling or transit by the postal service.

May I skip a month in my subscription?
No, regrettably we cannot accommodate skips.

What if I need to cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription by contacting us at info@scrapologie.com. You must contact us by the 15th of the current month in order to cancel the next month’s shipment. We apply a $10.00 early cancellation fee for all cancels prior to the fulfillment of the subscription.

Substitution Policy
We reserve the right to substitute product of equal quality and value in the event of manufacturer shortages.

How do I apply for a design team position or for a guest designer position?
You may send a link to your online gallery at info@scrapologie.com – we cannot respond to all requests and will contact you if we have an opening.

Donation Requests Donation requests can be sent to info@scrapologie.com and marked Donation Request in the subject of the email. We cannot respond to all requests due to the volume of requests we receive. We will contact you if we are able to donate product.
